Phase 02
Scoping
Half-day or full-day · remote or onsite (Melbourne metro) · fixed fee
We dig in properly: current state, recommended approach, rough cost band, risks, and the decisions you'll need to make. The output is a written brief you actually own — useful even if you take it elsewhere.
You walk away with A short written brief: current state, recommendation, ROM cost, risks, decisions. Yours to keep.

Phase 03
Implementation
Hourly or fixed-fee · per the scoping brief
The actual build: AI workflows, automations, home/system installs, IT migrations, integrations. Hourly by default (honest, scales with reality). Fixed-fee available when scope is genuinely tight.
You walk away with The thing you came for, working, documented, handed over.

Phase 04

Monthly retainer · cancel any time, 30 days notice
For clients who want us on tap after the build is done — tweaks, monitoring, the inevitable "can you just…" requests. Unused hours roll one month, then expire.
You walk away with A reliable line back to us, without the per-engagement overhead.

Good to know
- — All prices exclude GST. We're a registered Australian Pty Ltd and issue tax invoices.
- — Onsite work is Melbourne metro by default; travel within metro is included in the day rate. Further afield is case-by-case.
- — Engagements past Phase 1 are confirmed with a one-page engagement letter, plain English, no surprises.
- — We don't sell licences or hardware on margin. If you need product, we'll tell you what to buy and where.
