    Scoping

    Half-day or full-day · remote or onsite · fixed fee

    We dig in properly: current state, recommended approach, rough cost band, delivery risks, and the decisions you'll need to make.

    You walk away with A short written brief with recommendation, rough order of magnitude, risks, and next steps. Yours to keep.

  3. Phase 03

    Implementation

Good to know

  • All prices exclude GST. We're a registered Australian Pty Ltd and issue tax invoices.
  • Onsite work is Melbourne metro by default. Travel further afield is case-by-case.
  • Engagements past discovery are confirmed with a short plain-English engagement letter.
  • We don't resell licences or hardware at a margin. If you need product, we'll tell you what to buy and why.
